SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via one of the transport companies with which IPD Germany GmbH has an active contractual agreement.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 4:00 p.m. and Friday before 3:00 p.m. will be dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after these cut-off times will be dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs correspond to those indicated during the order process. Once the customer places the product in the shopping cart and confirms the delivery address and delivery time, the system will automatically display the applicable shipping costs.

Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the address freely chosen by the customer. The provider assumes no responsibility if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the customer, or if delivery fails for reasons beyond the control of the contracted shipping company (e.g., recipient absence).

IPD Germany GmbH will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within the timeframe indicated on our website at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Times

Delivery time is generally 24 to 72 hours, depending on the product, destination, order time, and selected payment method. This timeframe applies provided that service availability is confirmed and full payment has been received.

For products that are not available at the time of purchase, our customer service team can provide information regarding expected availability.

If an order includes multiple products, they may have different availability dates and therefore may be delivered on different days. If an item is unavailable at the time of dispatch, the customer has the right to cancel the order at any time prior to shipment by contacting our customer service by email at info@ipd2004.de, indicating the order number.

RETURNS

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, without penalty. The full purchase price of the returned product will be refunded within 30 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The right of withdrawal does not require any specific formalities. The customer is only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact the provider’s customer service at 0800-2830028, providing the order number, in order to receive a refund within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the order.

After this period, returns or exchanges may only be requested for technical reasons covered by the product warranty.

The product must be returned complete, including all accessories, without damage, wear, or signs of improper use. The return must be sent to the address provided by the supplier.

Returning the product in its original packaging is recommended. If this is not possible, a depreciation in value may apply. The customer is responsible for proper packaging, protection of the returned products, and return shipping costs.

Provided that the products are returned within 30 calendar days, without damage or signs of wear, and all requirements are met, the full purchase price will be refunded.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • The provision of services that have been fully performed, where the customer has expressly agreed to lose their right of withdrawal once the service has been completed.

  • The supply of goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

  • The supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the customer’s express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

RETURNS DUE TO AN ERROR BY IPD Germany GmbH

If the delivered product does not correspond to the order and the error is attributable to the company, the customer must notify the company as soon as possible by email.

RETURN INSPECTION

IPD Germany GmbH will inspect returned products upon receipt at its facilities. If any components are missing, the customer will be informed in writing by email.

REFUNDS

In the event of a return (or exercised right of withdrawal), the amount paid for the product will be refunded excluding shipping costs. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 30 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
